Westwood Gardens Fall Mums for Fundraiser Groups!
Westwood Gardens is growing Fall Mums for Fundraiser Groups.
We have grown Poinsettias for Fundraiser Groups for years – now we are adding Fall Mums to the mix.
It’s not like we are new to growing Mums. We have grown them since 1982 for our retail stores. We grow a BIG mum with lots of branching – meaning they are more full and more dense than the “speed-grown” crops at the big box retailers. Having all that branching means that when they bloom they are completely covered in color. It also means the plant has a better root system and stronger stems all of which lead to longer lasting color.
What are we offering?
- Westwood Grown, hardy, Fall-blooming Chrysanthemum (also called garden mum)
- 5 Color options – RED, YELLOW, ORANGE, PURPLE and WHITE
- 10″ diameter decorative plastic patio pot.
- Mums are available for delivery ONLY in Northwest Arkansas. If you’re group is not in Northwest Arkansas, you will need to arrange for pickup at our Wedington Drive location.
When will they be ready?
The mums will be in bloom in late September through early October. Since Mother Nature plays a part in all this, we can’t guarantee color on an exact date. The “color window” we aim for is September 18 – October 6. Again, color is not guaranteed on a certain date.
How much are they?
The Mums are $11.85 each (2023 pricing) – including delivery in Northwest Arkansas.
We recommend selling them for $21-$23ea.
