Warranty Policy
Hardy Ornamental Trees and Shrubs are guaranteed at 50% for one year from date of purchase.
How the warranty and return policy works:
- You must have your Westwood Gardens receipt.
- Provide proof that your tree or shrub is dead. Bring in the dead shrub or a large piece of the dead tree.
- You will receive store credit in the amount of 50% (half) of the purchase price of the tree or shrub, which you may use to purchase a replacement tree or shrub. No cash or credit card refunds.
- One time only. If the replacement tree or shrub dies, it is not guaranteed.
- Items not under warranty: Annuals, Perennials, Roses, Hanging Baskets, Herbs, Tropicals, Houseplants
Return Policy
Items may be returned for store credit with the following conditions:
- Items must be undamaged and in good condition.
- Returns must be made within 48 hours.
- You must have your Westwood Gardens receipt.
- Identifying price tag must be intact.
